	Clubhouse Waterview's clubhouse offers a large multipurpose recreation area including a nice kitchen. It is used to host among others: Monthly Board of Directors and Committee (Architectural Review and Dispute Resolution) meetings. Annual Board of Directors and Board Election meetings. Community events such as Holiday parties, Bridge Games and Karaoke Nights. Resident/private parties whereby residents can reserve the room for their personal use. The fully configured kitchen becomes very handy during these types of events.
	Community Pool The community pool is open from dawn to dusk and is available to residents and their guests. Access to the pool area including the recently renovated restrooms requires the key FOBs issued to the residents. For your safety and the safety of others, please adhere to the pool rules posted in the pool area. All children must be accompanied by an adult at all times.
	Tennis Court The tennis courts are open from dawn to dusk and are available to residents and their guest. Access to the pool area including the tennis court requires the key FOBs issued to the residents. While using the tennis courts, please abide by the posted rules.
	Fitness Center The fitness center is available to residents and their guest. Access to the fitness center requires the key FOBs issued to the residents. While using the facilities, please adhere to the rules and regulations posted on the equipment. Please be respectful to other by cleaning off the equipment after use.
